Q: How often should I take Iceman Rx?
A: Iceman Rx can be taken year round while you train. We recommend you take 1-2 Pre Workout capsules 30-45 minutes before your workout and 1-2 Post Workout capsules immediately after your workout. Do not exceed more than 4 capsules of either the Pre or Post Workout formula during a 24 hour period. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If you are at risk of or are being treated for high blood pressure, thyroid, liver, psychiatric disease, diabetes, pernicious anemia, anxiety, nervousness, depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrhythmias, pheochromocytoma, stroke or difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement. Consult your physician before use. Discontinue if dizziness, headache, tremors, rash, nervousness, sleeplessness or heart palpitations occur. Keep out of reach of children.

Q: How long does it take to ship the product to me?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM (PST) will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM (PST) will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM (PST) on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday.
